Tentative Agreement Reached on 32 B/J Union Contract

Local 32 B/J and The Realty Advisory Board (RAB) announced that they have tentatively reached a labor agreement affecting 30,000 residential building service workers.

The contract was set set to expire at midnight on April 20, 2018 and this tentative agreement will avoid a strike by residential building service workers in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island.
